It is situated opposite the river Danube.Out of the window you can see the promenade, park and a landing stage of ships, the National Slovak Museum and a statue of a lion dedicated to the Czech and Slovak friendship.Nearby you can find the Slovak National Theatre, the Slovak Filharmony, the Slovak National Gallery, Embassy of the U.S.A . , Canada, Germany, Irland, hotel SAS, Devín, Danube, where you can enjoy swimming, fitness, solarium... .
About one kilometer away there is th Castle, the Church of Mária Tereza, sant Martin, the Palace of the President , Bratislava Fair Incheba, shopping streets, offices of UN, EU, the international bus station Mlynské nivy,........
