Suitable conditions for skiers offer well known ski centres: Starý Smokovec - 3 km, Tatranská Lomnica - 8 km, Štrbské Pleso - 20 km, Lopušná dolina - 18 km. The hotel is distant 7 km from the city of Poprad with main road and railway networks, including airport. Poprad offers its visitors many opportunities for sport, cultural and social activities (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, ice-hockey stadium, Podtatranská gallery, Podtatranské museum, the church of St. Egidius with Renaissance belfry and many other).
