The Pro Patria spa hotel is situated on the southern part of Spa Island, close to the thermal mineral springs. It has its own balneotherapy centre to provide the majority of treatments. This together with part of rooms with disabled access make the hotel an ideal place for treating guests with a higher level of immobility.

The Pro Patria spa hotel is one of the oldest buildings on Spa Island, originally opened in 1916. It first served as a healing institute for soldiers wounded during WWI.

The hotel has an interesting fan-shaped ground plan. The balneotherapy centre is situated in the centre of the fan, while individual pavilions with hotel rooms spread around it.

The hotel offers accommodation in 149 rooms. The majority of rooms have bathroom with shower and WC and are equipped with TV with Slovak TV channels as well as satellite programmes, radio and telephone.

Rooms in dependence Cyril do not have bathrooms and are more simply equipped.

Hotel services: foreign exchange office, central safe, facsimile, organising trips and cultural programme, taxi, parking.

Beauty & Fitness: hairdresser, cosmetics. Swimming pool Eva and tennis courts are near the hotel.

Choose breakfast from a wide variety of meals served on buffet tables, while for lunch and dinner we serve meals according to the guest´s choice in one of the two dining rooms in the hotel. The menu of specialities of both domestic and foreign cuisine is enriched by vegetarian and low cholesterol meals, divided meals and a rich salad bar. After consultation with a dietician, we can prepare individual diets for you.

Spend your free time with a cup of coffee or a tasty cake in the Pro Patria café, or a glass of wine or beer in the nearby Kantína. In the evenings, enjoy life music.

Spa physicians’ surgeries and the majority of healing treatments are located directly in the hotel. Some treatments are given in the Napoleon Spa close to the hotel.
